LAHORE:
The Foundation for Rehabilitation and Education of Slow Children (FRESH) has opened a Reading Clinic for persons with reading and writing disabilities.
She said the Reading Clinic would hold afternoon classes, especially for children, with learning disabilities.
“The FRESH has hired specialist teachers for the Reading Clinic,” said Kamran. She said the Reading Clinic would help patients overcome lingual problems. Kamran said that she hoped that the Reading Clinic would prove a milestone in improving the school dropout rate in Pakistan. The clinic’s branches will be opened across the country if the pilot project in Lahore proves successful, she said.
