A sitting with poet Amjad Islam Amjad and Anwar Masood had been arranged by the UHS to pay tribute to their achievements.

A large number of students, faculty members, principals and deans of medical colleges attended the event at Shams Auditorium. Masood, a retired Persian teacher, also shared his views on various socio-political issues.
