Sensitisation: ‘Start respecting women at home’

Women should be given due representation in the government, speakers at a seminar said on Saturday. The seminar was held at the Lahore High Court Bar Association.

The speakers called for greater sensitisation regarding women’s rights. Men should take this initiative at their homes, they said. One of the speakers quoted a famous proverb- behind every successful man is a woman. “Likewise there needs to be a supportive man behind every woman.”
